We will pick up your tags prior to your arrival. Costs will vary from year to year so they are not posted here.
TROPHIES
Due to climate, all capes and hides will be frozen. Trophies wil be delivered to our taxidermist for fleshing, caping and compulsory inspection by the ministry of environment, prior to export. There is a small fee that will vary depending on what you have harvested. This fee will be paid directly to the taxidermist. You can either have him do your taxidermy or have him send capes and hides to your chosen taxidermist, collect.
TERMS & CONTRACT
All our prices will be quoted in US funds plus 7% GST and an $80 non-resident hunting preservation fund fee.
Trips will originate and terminate in Vancouver, Abbotsford or Pemberton, depending on your hunt selection. Price includes every part of your hunt except licenses, room and board in Vancouver, Abbotsford or Pemberton (excluding hunt days), taxidermists fee and possibly a pick up/drop off fee depending on which airport you use. Non hunting companions will be charged $150 US per day. Hunts are confirmed upon 50% deposit. The balance can be paid on arrival by cash, travellers cheques, or certified cheque. No personal cheques will be accpeted. Upon cancellation, initial deposit is refundable provided the date of cancellation is a minimum of 3 months in advance. Later cancellations may result in no refund if we are unable to fill the hunt.
ACCOMODATION & TRAVEL
Accomodation during the hunt will vary. You may stay in a hotel, Bed & Breakfast, cabin or tent camp. The accomodations will depend on your hunt selection.
