LICENCES & TAGS
We will pick up your tags prior to your arrival. Costs will vary from year to year so they are not posted here.

TROPHIES
Due to climate, all capes and hides will be frozen or skinned-out, fleshed and salted. Trophies wil be delivered to our taxidermist for fleshing, caping and compulsory inspection by the Ministry of Environment, prior to export. With black bears we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to export them home with you. There is a small fee that will vary depending on what you have harvested. This fee will be paid directly to the taxidermist. You can either have him do your taxidermy or have him send capes and hides to your chosen taxidermist, collect.

TERMS & CONTRACT
All our prices will be quoted in US funds plus 5% GST and a $140 non-resident hunting preservation fund fee.

Hunting trips will originate and terminate in Vancouver, Pemberton, Kamloops, or Lillooet, depending on your hunt selection. Price includes every part of your hunt except licenses, room and board in Vancouver, Pemberton, or Kamloops (excluding hunt days), taxidermist fees and possibly a pick up/drop off fee depending on which airport you use. Non hunting companions will be charged $250 US per day.

Hunts are confirmed upon 50% deposit. The balance can be paid on arrival by cash, travellers cheques, or certified cheque. No personal cheques will be accepted. Upon cancellation, initial deposit is refundable provided the hunt can be filled. Cancellations may result in no refund if we are unable to fill the hunt.

ACCOMODATION & TRAVEL
Accomodation during the hunt will vary. You may stay in a hotel, Bed and Breakfast, cabin or tent camp. The accomodations will depend on your hunting selection.

NON-RESIDENT FIREARM DECLARATION
Bringing firearms into Canada is a very simple process. Each hunter is allowed to transport 3 firearms across the border with one Declaration Form ($25.00 Cdn). Since there is no extra charge to declare up to 3 firearms, I recommend taking along a back up firearm. Each hunter must complete the Declaration Form and transport their own firearm across the border.

     1)  Fill out the Non-Resident Firearm Declaration Form (PDF 323 KB) and,
     2)  Present it in triplicate and unsigned, to Customs at your first point
          of entry into Canada.

You can also obtain this form by calling 1 (800) 731-4000 (Canada and U.S.) or 1 (506) 624-5380 (other countries) and from all Customs offices across Canada.
For more information, visit the Canadian Firearms Centre.
