This area is known to produce trophy Columbia Blaktail. The largest we have taken is just over 150. This was definitley an exception, but there is a lot of nice deer and there is a good chance of harvesting a trophy buck.
Our deer hunting is best in September and November during the rut, In September we hunt the high county for big bucks. At this time of year we also offer a blacktail/black bear combination running from September 10 to October 10. In the November deer hunt, we also take a lot of good bucks a this just when the rut is at it's peak. The lenght of these hunts varies depending on hunt selection.
